He’s also articulate, probably has a higher IQ (hes misinformed on many things, but he’s legitimately smart and probably would have ended up very well if he had capable parents), charismatic, and legitimately seems to have a big heart naturally despite his whole tough guy act. If he wasn’t so dysfunctional, Lenny could legitimately have been a cult leader, and still has many many people that love him and look up to him despite all his flaws.
I mostly just feel bad for Lenny. I feel like there’s a legitimately good person inside him, and that he could’ve had a very good, happy life had his development not been fucked with so badly. But then again, Lenny wouldn’t be Lenny if he wasn’t such a freak and we all wouldn’t be talking about him and following him. That’s the thing about the Genovaverse, most of the characters are so endearing because they are so incredibly flawed. There’s good and bad to be taken from all of them.

Lenny admitted in this live that he was going off the rails on phenibut in every misfits’ video. He also, said he was on phenibut on quite a few different podcasts. It seems like just about everything Lenny did during the golden era of ments was exaggerated for shock value and he was doped up.

Collura has like the 10th best raw bench of all time and transitioned into bodybuilding to win Mr. Florida, all with literally zero professional guidance. If being an elite level lifter and lifting more than 99.99999999999% of every person on the planet who has ever lifted weights isn’t an accomplishment then I don’t know what to tell you, you’re just objectively wrong. Lenny worked a dead end hospital job for 20+ years and immediately gave up looking for work as soon as he was fired.
