there’s ways to make being a wage slave fun though brah:

    • listen to music or podcasts or just meditate to work
    • flirt with chicks in the office, laugh about with the guys
    • have a commission based job so earn more if you want
    • maybe find a friend that’s worth keeping in touch with years later

If I had to pick a job it wouldn’t be manual labor

Shit is retarded asf. It was fun working and shooting shit with the dudes but you’re simply damaging your body beyond repair. They were cool dudes tho

It’s impossible to lift and have muscle while doing manual labour (something I love)

Unless you’re on the sauce and even then it’s hard as fuck to have any muscle doing manual labor lmao

Not to mention these dudes all eat McDonald’s fast food everyday all day and then drink alcohol after work. They got truck loads of it after the shift lmfao

Honestly if it was like 2 days a week balls to the wall manual labor it would be healthy /salvageable but damaging your body for 5 days is going beyond repair

In my experience working heavy manual labour , only deadlifting was a big no no for me. I could do everything else just fine, including legs and squats.

Really depends on how you’re built, everyone’s different, I’ve deadlifted always belt less and the only back tweaks I get are when I go full genova and those heal in 3 days or so

What’s your opinion on rdl’s? I find I get more back stimulation from those with no risk to the lumbar, definitely a more practical exercise

If you do romanian deadlifts you shouldn’t really go above your knees. It’s all back after you go above knees. Pretty much everyone does them with the wrong form.

I tweaked my back like 3 times on deadlifts(even on warmups with nom maximum weight lol), never touching this exercise ever again.
