there’s ways to make being a wage slave fun though brah:

    • listen to music or podcasts or just meditate to work
    • flirt with chicks in the office, laugh about with the guys
    • have a commission based job so earn more if you want
    • maybe find a friend that’s worth keeping in touch with years later

If I had to pick a job it wouldn’t be manual labor

Shit is retarded asf. It was fun working and shooting shit with the dudes but you’re simply damaging your body beyond repair. They were cool dudes tho

It’s impossible to lift and have muscle while doing manual labour (something I love)

Unless you’re on the sauce and even then it’s hard as fuck to have any muscle doing manual labor lmao

Not to mention these dudes all eat McDonald’s fast food everyday all day and then drink alcohol after work. They got truck loads of it after the shift lmfao

Honestly if it was like 2 days a week balls to the wall manual labor it would be healthy /salvageable but damaging your body for 5 days is going beyond repair

In my experience working heavy manual labour , only deadlifting was a big no no for me. I could do everything else just fine, including legs and squats.

I tweaked my back like 3 times on deadlifts(even on warmups with nom maximum weight lol), never touching this exercise ever again.

Really depends on how you’re built, everyone’s different, I’ve deadlifted always belt less and the only back tweaks I get are when I go full genova and those heal in 3 days or so

What’s your opinion on rdl’s? I find I get more back stimulation from those with no risk to the lumbar, definitely a more practical exercise

If you do romanian deadlifts you shouldn’t really go above your knees. It’s all back after you go above knees. Pretty much everyone does them with the wrong form.

This is why the old heads hate the generations after the 60s, the entitlement in these brats is ridiculous

They think everything revolves around them, don’t realize that all the material wealth they possess has to have been built or assembled or thought of by someone at some point.

Huehue weee. I wonder what kind of people we are dealing with here. How can you put so much emotion and anger into an online anonymous community? Like I post a lot here too but it’s amusing and improves my life as it is. I would never get angry at someone here no matter what

No alt accounts unlike you bitch boy, how many comments would all of your alts combined be I wonder? And how much of value or entertainment would any of them be to the board? Little, I think.

Have you picked out a nice rope yet?

To be honest I get good laughs here sometimes and even some interesting opinions from other fanbuddies. That’s how it improves my life. If I wasnt here I would probably waste the time on other sites.

All men should work toward building not only physical power, but also spiritual and intellectual power. Strengthen your body with exercise, learn valuable trades and skills, educate yourself about the great cultures of the world, learn your history, read great literature, understand the symbolism and meaning of religion and mythology, fill your head with many different types of knowledge, learn a musical instrument, become a good conversationalist, reject drugs and material vices, etc. Build yourself into the type of man who can weather the storm. If there were enough men like that in the world, society would change overnight without a bullet fired. Or something idealistic like that…

If breaking your back day in day out in the trades and burning out in your 30s is “fulfilling”, then I don’t know what to fucking tell you lol

Aging yourself beyond repair. Sure manual labor is good for you like 1-2 times a week. But 8 hours a day in the sun breaking your back 5 days a week will age you 10 years in less than 3 years

These tradies are alcoholics and all skinny fat. I have respect for them but their lifestyle is cuked

Went to work with some roofer type/fence putter up tradies once and I seen how they live

My sister’s husband is a brick layer. Dude is mid-30’sandvody is already wrecked. That’s a tough job in optimal weather but here in western Canada where it’s winter 5 months out of the year, absolutely brutal.
