Havent really heard much of shit from Ryback since he got canned from WWE a bunch of years ago. Apparently his attitude was too big of a problem. Blaha said he had just as much muscle as Serge Nubret. The video was menty because he plugged his “stats” into an FFMI calculator to show his FFMI was the same as Serge. Menty because he didn’t even know Serge FFMI (wasn’t even a thing back then), severely underestimated his bodyfat (like when Jay says he’s 25% bodyfat) and didn’t account for the fact that he is a midget while Serge was like close to 6 foot. Everything about the video was hysterical. It appears in those “40 years of delusions” compilations of Blaha that are floating around out there so I’m sure you can find it if you wanted to dig around.
