He did the movie the Machinist where he was anorexic then within a year bulked up for Batman. Wonder what his cycle was for that transformation? Got pretty beefy.

Yeah, Bale has done a shit load of physique transformations for his movies. Anorexic in Machinist, big in Batman, Zyzz in American Psycho. Interestingly enough, I’m pretty sure he said he hates working out and only does it for movie roles. That was when he was being questioned for his look in American Psycho, where he also said that was his hardest look to obtain. The machinist he said he ate a can of tuna, an apple and smokes cigarettes all day long and apparently that was easier to him than lifting and dieting with bro foods unfortunately.

Blaha said he had just as much muscle as Serge Nubret. The video was menty because he plugged his “stats” into an FFMI calculator to show his FFMI was the same as Serge. Menty because he didn’t even know Serge FFMI (wasn’t even a thing back then), severely underestimated his bodyfat (like when Jay says he’s 25% bodyfat) and didn’t account for the fact that he is a midget while Serge was like close to 6 foot. Everything about the video was hysterical. It appears in those “40 years of delusions” compilations of Blaha that are floating around out there so I’m sure you can find it if you wanted to dig around.

Also I agree. Serge has probably the best physique on stage in his Era, but it nigger (even though he was French) so can’t place first unfortunately. That and Arnold was caressing the promoters balls. Even Lou Ferrigno mogged Arnold.
Havent really heard much of shit from Ryback since he got canned from WWE a bunch of years ago. Apparently his attitude was too big of a problem.
