Lenny has pancake tits because he used to weigh a lot. He was extremely obese. The skin didn’t shrink back completely. His bubble gut doesn’t help.
Bear in mind that Lenny was well past his prime when the misfits started. Look up Jay and Lenny when they were young and you’ll see. Young Lenny could easily mog 99% of gym bros.
