How does someone dedicate their whole life to the gym and still believe so much stupid shit?

      If we followed nutritional advice from the 70s we would eat sugar cereal and avoiding fats all day. That’s very outdated advice. Nutrition has came a long way since then. Lenny still thinks eating 300 grams of carbs post workout will go straight to his muscles, as if he burned that much glycogen doing a half assed weight lifting session. He’s completely clueless unfortunately.
