On one hand, it’s good that kids have an interest in getting fit and lifting. On the other hand, teenagers are stupid faggots that just sit on machines and bullshit with their faggot friends. Feel become boomer yell at kid get off lawn

I don’t have a teenager nor pm crisis at my gym and some of the few teenagers are funny. There’s this manlet broccoli haircut who is always lifting baby weight and struggles with 1 plate bench. However, when he’s not alone he adds much more but makes maybe 1 rep with his zoomer friends spotting him. In the locker room he just dumps his belongings on the floor and go into the showers with his tiny underwear on.
There’s also a teenage tomboy who looks like a corpse from dark souls who always walk on the treadmill for hours then rarely lift. When she’s lifting, she’s facing the wall next to the mirror of the dumbbell area, despite it being free of people. She also runs from the treadmill to whatever machine or weights she’s lifting, but never runs on the treadmill.

I will never understand people who mainly do cardio in the gym. It’s like they are spectators to others making gains

yeah if you wanna run or stretch go to the park
McCuck films himself doing cardio and stretches. Figure that one out.
Doing cardio in a gym is one of those things that I really don’t get. The stuff is so much better outside. Doing a bit of rowing on the rowing machine at the end, or to get a nice warm-up, I can understand why you do that, but a stationary bike, treadmill or anything like that? Why?
Depending where you live it might be -30 outside
Ok that’s fair. I’ve gone XC skiing with -20 C outside, but with those temperatures I can see why you’d train indoors.
