I gotta admit, Rod seems 100x more mature and intelligent than Nate. Probably knows how to run a business too. Wouldn’t be suprised if he doesn’t show Livia the financials and just before he goes bankrupt he “suprises” her by putting the whole business in her name (acting like he wants to move on to another venture that will take all his time so he is doing her a favor) then dumping her.
