    MY DEADLIFT & SQUAT ARE BACK ABOUT THE SAME AS BEFORE INJURY

    DEAD = 675 X 3…SQUAT = 495 FOR A DUBBLE…BENCH = 315 FOR 3-4

    BEST PART IS I CUT WEIGHT ALL SUMMER & LOST 30 POUNDS…ONLY LOST A LITTLE ON MY MAX LIFTS!!..GOT THAT OLD MAN CHUCK TENDON STRENGTH!!

      Deads were always my best lift, mainly because they were always easy for me. I could squat more weight than what im currently doing, but I fucking hate squatting in general. It’s just so boring. Sounds like the bench situation is the same as mine. If I ever go over 3 plates I just feel like I’m doing a horizontal shoulder press. Can’t help it either, tried all different methods then said fuck it since I’m not a competing lifter. Sounds like you got all your shit back up. My goals now are more obscure. Want a good set of 315 on the incline since barely anyone I’ve seen in gyms does that. Focusing on weighted pullups too. Pretty much capped out all my “main” lifts at this point unfortunately. Unless I wanna run a Big Lenny cycle and risk death I don’t think my numbers would improve on the standard lifts, and there’s no point either since I don’t compete. Your deadlift is impressive though man. 700lbs ain’t a joke.
