I used to work on a forensic secure unit and a great big fat fuck called Michael come onto the ward one day. Insisted we all call him ‘Diana’…which we did, we had to. Some patients even got disciplined for laughing at him and calling him dirty Diana (ala MJ). Anyway…after about 6 months of antipsychotic meds he just stopped it all and never mentioned it again. His mom used to visit him throughout and never once called him Diana.
