OOOOH, I have met people in real life that try to act cool and impress people by literally rehashing stand up bits and peppering them into conversations.
My cousin started to do that for awhile. I’d sit back and go “Yep, that is a Stanhope bit, uh huh, and that was a Mitch Hedberg bit…etc.”
What a strange phenomenon that is. Brad is like my cousin in certain ways.

not just stand up. people do it with movie characters/quotes and especially comedic movies. I did when I was a cookie cutter kid
