On the 20th Michael went before butch boomer judge Alex Manning and asked her to support violence in the queer community by withdrawing his TRO against Ian. On the 23rd it was granted,
Litally one day later on the night of the 24th Michael paid for his 4 digit IQ move by having to call the cops on Ian for beating him again. No information on if Ian was booked or not, just that the fuzz were called out and Ian was “the defendant.”
Michael has filed for and been granted another TRO, so lets see how long this one lasts. Ian now has to stay 100 yards away from Michael.
What if anything Ian’s been charged with it actually doesn’t say. And I also don’t know how with a TRO that went in place earlier that day Ian is at Michael’s place drunk, crying and listening to classical music (aside from that being what he’d be doing without a TRO in place) but here we are.
Edit: Actually I think I’m misreading the TRO forms. I think it can only be implimented after the court date listed, not that it gets implimented then the defendant goes to court to argue why it should be lifted. Which would mean there’s been no TRO currently or previously (because Michael dismissed the last one). Idk you guys tell me. Either way it still means the cops had “probable cause that family violence occured” according to the paperwork.
And he still acts smug when he gets the chance like on facebook.
