I think he just wishes to go back, to his younger self (who doesnt?), to a better time with FRIENDS and FANS. He was whipped by Prince, who decided on no more Videos and no more Podcasts. You could see that Brad wanted to continue even back at 2022 in the last video with Lenny.

Im pretty sure he bought it as a fixer upper. He can move if he wants to buy a place for 3x the cost or rent a single bedroom and hope for the same cost as his mortgage.
Oh he did but when taco moved out he implied he was doing a lot of the renovations for her, and now that she’s gone, it’s not worth the maintenance and also his drive to work was like an hour one way since the manor is in a more remote area. Usually I can point to a specific videos, but since Genova got deleted I stopped tracking who said what in particular videos unfortunately

I believe you my brother. Unless he can sell that place for 400k+, he’s going to get out of his post office budget buying a property in palm beach county right now. That’s what he gets for buying a house to appease a girlfriend. At least (hopefully) he had the sense to keep her name off it.
He had the house way back before Taco. He talks about it in the early DRM eps. Back when he was moonlighting as pizza delivery boy and also had some revenue from selling the pot grown at the house…something he later had no knowledge of.

I’m convinced that if DuncleGate hadn’t happened and Janoy kept on filming, Brad would have continued to appear in his videos for years.

Why sell this gigantic property? The only issue with it is that’s it’s far from major cities, but that’s only a problem when you have to commute for work.
The moment he’s pensioned and retired, Bradford Manor becomes near perfect.

I looked it up some time ago and the commute to the old Gym was maybe 35mins by car. I think people there (maybe Floridians or Americans in general) would be massively overwhelmed with commute distances in Europe.
Of course. He didnt start renovating it until the podcast days though, theres a live he did when he was working on it and the garage area was basically all rubble. Also talked about how sore he was digging shit out of the ground. He still lived in that condo when Dale came to BBQ during one of his trips. He put in all that extra crap like a bar and pool room and doesn’t even use it. Was obviously Tacos idea. Most of the renovation came because he thought he was going to live happily ever after with her, it’s obvious. A single man working in the heat all day would never put that much work into his property to spruce it up if it was just him living there, he’d be happy with the gym and call it a day unfortunately

Also was extremely menty he had “no idea” it was being used as a growhouse. Rental properties are still in your name and you can view the electic bill anytime. Nothing strange about a $5,000 bill in the winter, just don’t ask questions huehuehue. The known weed smoker just had no idea gahs cuckle cuckle.
As far as I know he first made the smaller garage room into theweight room we saw in several videos. What we never saw, was that after Misfits and Janoy died down and despite having his own gym, he still went into commercial gyms, that he transformed the little weight room into a pool and bar room and THEN he also suddenly invested into an AC unit. After Taco "Bradford.be_gone"ed Bard, he threw that out and suddenly made the larger open garage into his weight room. In the videos with Dale for the Ruby, we mostly saw Cardio Machines though.
Brad seems to constantly have to “renew” or “reinvent” himself and his surroundings. Thats when also the dogs came in. Last I knew there were at least 2 maybe even 3 according to a live last summer AFTER Taco exchanged him for basically a Bard 2.0

Yeah bard always downplayed how much he liked doing this shit. He was on a lot of the terrible Leo and McCuck podcasts too without Andrew when the only real incentive for it was cuz he liked doing it

And iirc, the gym was much closer to his job than his home.
And he has a homegym anyway.
The issue with europe is that traffic is slow as hell because we’re much more densely populated than the USA.

After world’s gym closed, Brad’s passion for the piss was much greater than that of Andjews. Brad also likes the attention i think, whereas Prince never really cared about it. He wanted to record the ments more than anything else.
