Just finished the whole thing and wow, his brain is completely gone. Like what is this video even about? Starts out saying it’s a review of the fitness industry, then turns into attacking Jeff Nippard, then vaguely mentioning some academic papers, then back to attacking nippard, then to attacking a bunch of people more educated and successful than him, then vaguely about the best ways to train, then ending with going after trump? What the fuck? Literally can’t focus for more than a few seconds and he’s lost seemingly 3/4 of his vocabulary he was struggling to even speak. This is legit the same level of content Janoy would put out at the end of the month when he’s due for a haldol shot, zero exaggeration. It would be extremely sad if he wasnt such a terrible unlikeable dude.
