Another DUI in 2023, a family protection order in 2023 after he trashed Bonnie’s house, another trespassing, failures to appear, 2 warrants and the groomer actually did marry Victoria when she was 18
In my quest to find out more about Ian’s upcoming cases (didn’t find much unfort) I managed to get access to Georgia’s records through researchga.tylerhost.net/ and uncover all of Ian’s legal records minus his latest assault and robbery case. If you want to look yourself you’ll need a throwaway email for verification and a fake Geogia address and phone number but otherwise it’s easy to get in.
I searched for Ian Mccarthy and made an entry for each “Ian McCarthy” that matched our boy. Sometimes that means there’s something menty/informative there and other times that means you just get a cover letter.
Anyway lets start
2011, 18 year old Ian gets popped for speeding and a learners violation. Kinda funny he still had his learners at 18 the useless lazy fuck.
Victoria files for divorce. So amazingly Ian wasn’t actually lying that he was married to Victoria, but maybe he should’ve been because it’s more proof of his grooming. Victoria really was barely 18 when they got married and filed for divorce when she was 20. McGroomer was just finding new ways to exert control over her after already making her drop out of high school and start working jobs to support him.
Plus the woman filed against the man here, which is appropriately pathetic for Ian.
2022, dispossessory. Bonnie’s first attempt to evict Ian, but she goofed the paperwork by putting down the same address as hers and Ian’s without specifying which room he lived in and it got dropped
Dispossessory, Bonnie’s second attempt to evict Ian becuase he pays no rent. I’m not sure if it being “closed” means he got evicted but I think it does because the time it concludes lines up with his Sept 2023 homeless meltdown. There were multiple documents in this that were duplicates so I didn’t save them.
Domestic family voilence, on 19th June 2023 Ian destroyed Bonnie’s table and wall (and more since she describes his drunken destruction as “repeated”), 3 days later she called the cops on him and a protection order was filed.
DUI, this is the DUI where he’s 5’3 in the mugshot. Ian drunkenly stopped on the grass on I20 when an officer pulled up on him and arrested him for his second DUI.
Criminal trespass. 2024. Failure to appear. 2025. Criminal trespass (same charge that was dug up by another fan a couple of days ago). Not sure why these were all grouped together but they were. There weren’t any details in the documents here. A warrant was issued in August when Ian couldn’t be contacted (Bonnie moved from that address earlier this year). I’m guessing that warrant was what caused his second booking in October this year.
Failure to appear in regards to his 2023 DUI, coincidentally it was made just 3 weeks before he would appear in custody after being arrested for assault.
Ians life is a Greek tragedy if I have ever seen one, he hit his peak in life being a mediocre fitness youtuber without any gains. Only notoriety he garnered was from collabing with a out of shape retard who probably still knows more about lifting than he does.
He then goes on to fail repeatedly with both education and work once youtube stops paying the bills. Gets addicted to drugs, lives on the streets for a bit, commits a couple crimes and now will spend the foreseeable future getting raped in prison. But hey, once you hit rock bottom only way is up…up to the second tier of the prison to give another set of blowjobs.
I think Lenny’s life is more tragic. Completely brain raped by his abusive dad, wasted any potential he had working a dead end job while chasing a bodybuilding dream that destroyed his health.
He couldnt allow himself to succeed because he had so much self hatred, he could never be at peace mentally knowing he had disappointed his dad so he felt like he didnt deserve anything good.
Then his last few years on this earth were spent isolated, caring for his sick mother, crippled, no friends, out of breath from just sitting and talking, facing the stress of eviction from his brother … and finally croaked alone in his mom’s house without anyone knowing what happened. Only for his brother to immediately sell the house, throw away his ashes and his cat.
That is true, lenny could’ve changed but a lot of the way he is was due to things he had no control over like a shitty upbringing. Ians suffering is all his own doing
While I agree, but we do not know that. We do not even have a death certificate from Lenny. We know nothing. His death was even given from the security guard of the area of his moms home. So the info came from second hand and everybody ran with it and nobody tried t even dig a bit deeper.
Mite Tits got the info from the security guard, gave the info to Collura who ade the video, which led to the mccuck podcasts and other videos.
It is insane how little we know. Remember how even his PM veronica did not know lenny was dead, until I told her via facebook messenger!!!
He cremated her, yeah, do you want to leave a decomposing body outin the floridian heat and humidity? You do know it costs a lot to keep the body cool, who should pay that?
Have you ever dealt with the death of a loved on and had to handle all the financial affairs? I can tell you, you want to get it as soon as possible done. Especially since all the costs are cotninuing like for the house and lenny was not able to pay anything. Besides that, the mother was deep in debt, so selling the house to pay back the debt, was necassary. To collect things for other people (what lenny called “vultures”) is also normal, since you will never be able to keep everything sicne most is junk anyway. So even more costs for getting the home pressionally cleaned out, cleaned and getting ready to sell.
On top EJ did not live there, but 1-2 hours far away and had a job in contrast to Lenny, who only helped by bein intoxicated selling those horrible southamerican paintings on some street without even putting up a “for sale” sign. Later he told the paintings were destroyed in the car.
Lenny was intellectually incapable to deal with anythung adult-related.
And I dislike EJ as much as the next maniac, but sometimes we need to be a bit more careful nate.
We do not know what he did and what the “bare minimum” actually is. We have no information regarding that. Besides, who knows how rich or poor EJ is - only information you have is from Lenny, who is proven to be unreliable due to him being stupid and envious and always full of hate for his little brother. Besides, the hospice seemed to be quite pricey. Do you think Lenny paid for his moms hospice stay?
