Yeah Lenny paid 800 bucks, but that is 10 ys ago and according to Lenny it was way worse when he got the place.
n Lennys case it is a shame that this dump is even for rent. That is why regulations are useful and a complete free market dangerous. On the other hand here in Germany you are dictated by the government the upper limit of the rent and at the same time you are responsible to pay for everything and you have no chance to kick out someone even if he does not pay rent for years.
