Does anybody even get buried in South Florida? There are no basements, so I doubt that there are real graves.
Besides, graves are re-used all the time. Here in Germany, if you stop paying (couple thousands Euro per year!) for a grave, the THEYs of this world, go any either dig up the skelet of your loved one and throw it in a mass burial site, OR the just dig a bit deeper and put the rest of the bones under the new coffin.
