I gotta defend Brayuuud on this one. He worked 60 hours per week as a mailman in florida, driving a shitty van with no AC. And despite all that he still showed up at like 5-6am to lift several days per week.
99% of people would never lift under those circumstances.
I think just spending a couple of hours in that oven box of a van would make me wanna kill myself.
