He never really outlined it in a video as far as I know. But since he is a PL he likely didnât do many lifts. Watching him lift he does one top set like a single or triple then an AMRAP to finish. Classic Powerlifting is to focus on a few movements and push them hard then go home. Here for like 5m he talks about training 6:18. Mentions Westside barbell. He got an incline on the PR it genovaing.
