ACCORDING TO BRAAAAD (imagine Lenny Video in front of his TV whle breathing heavily and calling “STOP THE TAPE”), the government takes money FROM the USPS THATS the reason why they are always in the red. They do not take money from the government, they EARN their money…via…selling of stamps. This is what Brad wants to make you believe. He and his circulars.
