My lay opinion regarding the black dirt on the floor is, besides of course trash, dirt from the outside, shit, …are the moldy fluids from his mobile AC unit.
He probably couldn’t sit on it properly so he likely crapped on the seat instead of in it
This is the driver of gains right here, if you want to be a freak you can’t worry about how your house looks like some cookie cutter. Besides it wasn’t that bad just needed mopped
