The indictment for his robbery last year has finally been filed, and would you believe Blaha was lying the whole time about Lan pushing down a mouthy old couple and stealing their wallets? Shocking I know.
So what actually happened is that his robbery charge was an earlier case of the domestic violence he’s been perpetrating upon boomer fayug and suspected aids patient Michael Wilson. Michael has been named as the victim in the case and will be testifying against Lan as a witness when it goes to trial.
Of course it’s a galaxy brain move on the part of Mr Wilson to keep the methed up twink that’s beating/robbing you around for another 6 months after you file charges against him, but what can ya do when you’re a wrinkly old prune and none of the hot young dudes will suck your dick anymore?
The page for the case also says the abuse of elderly/disabled charge was “not presented before the grand jury.” Idk if that means it was dropped or yet to be filed or what exactly is happening there.
As of now there’s no hearing/arraignment/trial date set
We also got Lan’s bail conditions
Must not contact the victim? Must abstain from alcohol? Book him Officer Porch!
Oh and speaking of porches, in this other piece of paperwork (that basically just says Lan won’t be answering questions) we got his public defenders (lol) details
So Ian’s relying a negress public defender to keep him out of jail, better start practicing your anal stretching techniques Lan because all of Ms Brown’s brothers, uncles and cousins are going to come after you when you walk in. But hey, that was only who his lawyer was listed as for the paperwork which was dated in the first few days after his arrest, so maybe bitch mother Bonnie will step up and hire him a real lawyer.

In other legal news Lan has a hearing next month for his 2025 criminal damage charges, but since he’s only up on 3 misdemeanors I don’t expect much (unless he fails to appear again)
As for what he’s been doing on social media he was quiet for the last week or 2 until a day ago when he must’ve got his adderall reupped and started medicineposting once again, but something interesting did happen in there which is that he’s offering to donate his kidney to Dave Pulcinella (the broscientist he lost a debate to almost 15 years ago).
But I’m not sure Dave’s going to want it, it’s hardly pristine
