Attorney Scott Miller was menty but ngl i was a bit sad when Rat prick was on his 37th comeback and tried to blow smoke up his ass promising him fame and money.
It was clear that our attorney was struggling with life. Maybe he’s a retarded junkie like Ian and he deserves it, or maybe not he just got unlucky with life.

I don’t think we ever found out Scott’s story as to why he was homeless. When he was doing the videos he was only ever stoned and even when he got arrested there was no posession/paraphernalia charge attached like you’d expect if he was a junkie.
