He lifts heavy with terrible form by himself with no one to check in on him. I’ve been saying for years he’ll hit snap city one day and be on the floor for days. Who would check up on him? He doesn’t even have a pet who would notice. He keeps reminding us he’s almost 50 and does strange strength training all alone. His neighbors avoid him. Just look at his hunchback. Every exercise he does with his back are hindered by that disfigurement. I’m sure his joints are like chalk. I’m not trying to insult him either. That’s just twenty years of bad habits and diet.
