Any people here still lift?

i haven’t been to the gym for years. tried greyskull lp for a few months and its not doing it for me. any REAL MEN here that can recommend me a 5 day split?? i used to run a 5 day split i made from watching meowman and lenny lives back in the day and became huge and fat and strong but i cant remember what i used to do

A 5 day split for bodybuilding or powerlifting?

Ive always found that more than 4 sessions per week can be hard to recover from tbh. Unless you’re a neet.

You are correct in certain wayzzz but it depends if you hit the same muscle groups or not. I train basically daily but since I am a powershitter I have one movement per day essentially and only go really hard 1-2x a week

I train on the weekends. Push on Saturday pull on Sunday.

im not working now so 5 days fits me perfect

on the last subreddit i was chatting with some guy who seemed smart and did arm wrestling or somethging but i had a breakdown of some sort and never talked to him aghain

that means “you are a FAT FUCK” to quote Lenny, apology assepted

Pound of flank steak, half box of shredded wheat, quart of lactose free milk, 30 grapes and a salad.

That will get you lean maniacs, not some fat insulin resistant yuman filth.

Do you have the upper body or the lower body? You have the lower body and you have no upper body, you got a problem building…wait a minute. You have the upper body, and you have no legs, you got a problem building your legs. You have the upper…you have the lower body and you don’t have the upper body, the upper body, it is easier to build. So if you have the lower body and you don’t have the upper body, it is easier to build the upper body. You have the upper body and you don’t have the legs, you got a problem building the lower body… No, you don’t understand. You have the upper body, but you don’t have the lower body, you got a problem building downstairs. You got the up- legs on the bottom, it is easier to build on the top, so you don’t have much as a problem. Yeah

@samlonbrefest its 6am, I’m not trying to have a fucking stroke huehue

“People ask am I a bodybuilder or a powerlifter I say im a fucking ass kicker”

please stopp trolling me i feel cold not long pray for me

Well I don’t weigh 300+lbs at 30% bodyfat so according to Lenny and Jay, no, I don’t lift.

Advanced lifters who are natural can’t recover from more than 4 days per week unless they’re not actually pushing themselves, even if they are neets. Those 6 day splits only work for beginners to intermediates or guys running shit.

yeah idk thats why im asking i have only been lifting seriously in my late teens and mid 20s and then i was just fuckign around yet made good gains but it took years obiously. now i just want to do it the most opitmal and dont waste time at a sweaty gym. what 4 day rpogram would you recoommend?? greyskull for example was not working for me i need to be going to the gym at least 4 days a week to keem my muscles growing

Similar. Now that I’m a little older than i was in 20141516 and recovery isnt as quick my back is responding much better to high intensity training

If there are any maniacs that don’t lift go jump off a cliff.

Any routine where you hit everything about 2 times per week will work. Upper lower 4x a week is solid. Me personally I do bodybuilding style training 6x per week. Chest/tris, Back/biceps and shoulders/legs.
