The scuff marks on the toilet appear to be made from shoe soles. He was probably frantically kicking it as part of his bizarre effort to get underneath it. What’s even more strange is that the toilet had been cleaned in the news video when the police were there, but nothing else in the bathroom had been cleaned up up or even moved.
