        The first week is the hardest. I also swore off alcohol,marijuana, and caffeine as well. I logged everything in a journal. I slept 9 hours the first 7 days of detox, but I was surprisingly energetic and clear headed. They did a prison study that proved after 2 weeks max, the human mind can and will acclimate to any new situation. Just tough it out and it will become the norm.
