He’s probably not even 300lbs now. He’s always exaggerated his weight. Jay was right when he said Lenny has almost no muscle mass anymore. He probably has multiple organ failures, liver and heart for sure, and his body is just decaying. I haven’t watched his lives in a year or so. Does he even lift anymore? Every time I see something of his he looks worse and worse with less muscle mass unfortunately. He still dreams of the Collura days that are never coming back. It saddening in certain ways.

Spot on with his weight exaggeration. Years ago when that G4P cancer kid Zach Zieler filmed a video with them Lenny claimed to have weighed himself at home and was 330. They weighed him on camera at the gym that very video and he was like 285. And this was years ago. He can’t be more than that now.

As for the weight, it’s obvious he has been losing massive amounts of muscle, his fantasy of “330 ripped DALE” is years past expiration unfortunately. He weighs way less than Jay now with zero muscle gained in the past 4 years.
