    I go through phases with porn. Sometimes it’s like twice a day for a couple of days, sometimes it’s like 5 times a week, sometimes I go through weeks without it. I think the main variable here is the exposure to triggers

    I have the same problem. I am still trying to quit but failing miserably. Also I am not good with whores but high sex drive unfortunately

    1st step buddy. Porn addict since 12 years old. It corrupts soul. It makes the spirit sick. Hellish addiction that is the hardest to quit. I’ve quit alcohol, cigarettes, cocaine, meth… but i could never quit porn. 1 day at a time for me buddy. You can do it

      If males could fuck whenever they wanted like whores on tinder, would we still watch porn? Even when having a girlfriend for many years with a high sex drive, I would still have a wank every other day when not seeing her.

    I watch maybe 3,2,4 time a week. It usually only 5-10 minute get job done move on with life. Still feel that guilt sometime make problem for me.
