The more I watch the DRM members deteriorate at a really young age (40-50s) the more glad I am that I never got caught up in shenanigans common in the lifting culture. I never got into ego-lifting myself into injuries (I’m a weak faggot), I’ve always kept cardio as a focal point in my routine, and I never abused steroids (will probably start test when I’m 40.)

• Jay - Has had limited mobility and trouble breathing for years. Only redeeming quality was his strength which in the end was pointless because his quality of life has been atrocious for years and caused him to visit deaths door in his early 50s. He will never be the same.

• Lenny - Where do you even begin. Can barely move or breath. Go watch part 1 of the Vegas video where he walks out to the car to go to the airport. Jesus Christ.

• Jason - Nagging injuries (5 car accidents bro, we don’t care about injuries, we’re freaks ) and seems to have a completely fucked up endocrine system from years of steroid abuse (largely because he just did anything and everything with his 30 IQ like not measuring dosages, stacking the wrong things, etc.)

• Nate - Gets man-tits the moment he stops training or eats bad (check his IG) and also gets cucked because he’s so insecure due to body image issues.

• Brad - Bloated squirrel, hernias, angry mail prick (also a strawberry sandwich)

• Andrew - Nothing too bad but had some bad shoulder injuries. Easily holding up the best of the bunch it seems though because he also didn’t ego lift and seemed to do cardio.

Most of what you listed, though true isn’t related to lifting and gear usage. Jay’s trucking job contributed greatly to his health, not to mention his drinking.

Lenny trained with shit form and even shitier programming for years.

Jason is the same thing, but add in ego lifting with shit form to give him his injures. The real ones anyways lol.

    Nate is just a pussy

Brad is actually in decent shape compared to most men his age. I’m sure he looks like Mr Olympia compared to some of his coworkers.

Andrew is another example of someone that didn’t take training serious and learn of programming. Most people will quit making gains from just going in to the gym and doing the same routine at the same intensities for years. Only people that can get away with this is gear heads and PM’s with monkey genetics.

Father’s cardiovascular issues have inspired me to get my cardio in much better condition. Started riding bikes and training for the Norwegian Foot March (18.6 miles with a 25 lbs pack in a time limit). It piss

I loved Norway when I was there. My friends have told me that the ‘refugee’ situation has started getting out of hand and is headed the direction of Sweden unfortunately

Fortunately, it’s not remotely close to Sweden, yet. And the goverment are very clear that we don’t want a “Swedish situation in our country”. But if they keep importing more and more of the same scum, it will end up just like Sweden. In Sweden it’s gotten so bad that the police don’t investigate rape anymore, they don’t have time or resources so every case goes in the trash. That’s what you get for importing almost 3 million muslims in a country of 9 million people. Get what get unfortunately.

How many of your fellow soldiers are willing to fire on civilians when the order comes fan? How many of our guys are really in high military positions that are sick of this globalist shit? Not having a go at you, just curious since you are currently serving.

It’s difficult to say honestly. I think there are a lot of principled people who wouldn’t undertake an unconstitutional order, but there are also quite a lot who would probably try to rationalize it in their heads and do it at the end of the day because “muh paycheck.” As far as higher ups go…that’s really difficult to say, because it’s easy for those people to obfuscate and deflect. I think there is, generally speaking, a defined political slant to the left among higher ranking officers - there’s a lot of things we could probably attribute that to, and I’d primarily name the Obama-era litmus tests and political posturing as well as the university establishment as the main culprits.

Not really. You have to be an idiot to be abusing steroids at 300lbs+ past the age of 40. Aslong as you take a somewhat intelligent approach, your quality of life will be improved. The key is not being an idiot. I’m not going to train like a pussy just because some lazy motherfucker says it’s “smart” My bench went from 320-420 naturally in 8 months from intense training by not being a pussy and pushing myself. Just need to know fatigue management. You shouldn’t follow anything the misfits do. Just entertainment for me.

Alot of it is just being big and eating alot haha. Im around 270lbs so its not that impressive. I’ve personally found alot of success with tempo bench and cluster single sets. Theres so many other little secrets i’ve found out doing anecdotal research but hoping to get to a 500 pound bench by september and make father proud. Will post vid if I do

You are really full natty? legit, not fully natty brah? Thats pretty impressive the only people I know irl who lift that kind of weight are friends of mine who juice. I will look up tempo bench and cluster set. Guessing you got lots of fat on you as well? could you lean down and retain the strength without juice?

thanks fan, I been meaning to get back into lifting after long hiatus (injuries, car accidents) so this is good inspo cuz im too pussy to juice

Yes full natty if you consider creatine. Idk to me its not that impressive because you see a bunch of youtubers 200lbs that bench more. I want to cut back down eventually and maintain strength. Though Im planning on starting a juice blast when I hit a 600lb bench. Right now i’m experiencing alot of side effects of being 270, I dont have a/c so im constantly too hot and my facial aesthetics suck. I might be stronger if I was more healthy. Yea for sure! don’t let injuries get in the way! Overcome that shit. I was physically abused as a kid and I didnt get girls in highschool so I use that as motivation.

Just more confirmation steroids give you big muscles but hollow bones and weak tendons. The only older healthy men I know never used them. The others that did use roids are falling apart at 40. Unfortunately

Just more confirmation steroids give you big muscles but hollow bones and weak tendons.

They just get too big and too strong too fast so their tendons can’t get used to the stress that comes with the heavy lifting and they get injured
