Didn’t he say he drank 3+ gallons per day recently on rxmuscle? Seems really excessive. 1.25-1.5 gallons on a hot day with physical activity seems plenty for a 300 pounder. 1 gallon on a resting, cool day. I’m much smaller and 64-80oz of water per day is plenty for me.
