I see this at my cookie gym all the time. Skinny chicks who look like they just got out of Dachau or rehab, covered in tattoos, walking around with clipboards and wearing “Personal Trainer” t-shirts. None of them look like they’ve been lifting for more than a year but they way they walk around you’d think they were the next Miss Olympia. And their “clients” act like they’re getting advice from Arnold himself. I’ve heard anyone can take a weekend course online and get certified but is the bar really that low? It confusening.

My gym tried to sucker me into personal training when I first joined and their “deal” was $1500 for 6 months. They got real snippy when I told them my plan was to “lift, eat, sleep, and grow.”
Personal training is easy which is why a lot of whores do it. They latch onto it to feel a sort of importance like they are actually accomplishing something. They will provide a basic shitty workout plan that you can get online and charge out the ass for it. No personalization, no actual understanding of movement, muscle, progressive overload, etc.
the gym will allow any retard to walk around and attempt to sign people up since the commercial gym gets to keep a big percentage. the personal training “certificate” is just learning cpr and calling 911 so old boomers dont sue the gym. does that answer question why jewnova and mother were trainers hue hue hue

They do something semi consistent for 6 months then feel the need to coach others because lifting is part of their identity now. Which any rational person would realize you need atleast 5 years of active learning to master anything. They have zero other useful skills over their lifetime so probably why they think theyre certified to train. its actually dangerous.
